Job description
Geisinger is seeking a senior pharmacy leader to drive growth in pharmacy sales, market strategy, and PBM partnerships across commercial channels. You will lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and engage with employers, brokers, consultants, and PBMs to differentiate our pharmacy benefits.
The role emphasizes enterprise-level leadership, strategic contracting, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Actuarial, and Pharmacy leadership to meet profitability targets.
