Job description
Balchem is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and plant shipping operations. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and material flow to production and customers.
Responsibilities include developing SOPs, managing staff, and coordinating with manufacturing for just-in-time delivery. Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus Hazmat certification, are preferred.
