Job description
Gallagher Bassett is seeking a lead or supervisory professional with Workers' Compensation expertise to drive client service, audits, and process improvement in a fully remote role.
You will oversee direct reports, develop trend analyses, deliver training, and ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations. Minimum 7 years’ claims experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
