Job description

Note: This position is fully remote, with the option to work in-person at one of several offices across California.

Note: You must have prior workers compensation defense experience and be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.

Job Description

Handle all phases of workers compensation defense litigation

Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials

Draft reports, pleadings, and correspondence

Provide legal analysis and recommendations to clients

Maintain an organized and paperless case file system

Collaborate with internal team and client representatives

Qualifications

Prior workers compensation defense experience (required)

Active and in-good-standing member of the California State Bar (required)

Comfortable working in a paperless environment

Experience with MerusCase is a plus
