Job description
Elevance Health seeks a Wound Care Utilization Management RN to perform pre-certification and authorization for Home Health wound care services. The role supports face-to-face onboarding and requires in-person training sessions while offering virtual work flexibility.
Minimum: AS in nursing with 3 years of diverse health care experience; active RN license; WOCN or CWS certification and Ostomy training for Wound Care Connect. Home health and UM experience preferred.
