Job description
Mission Health seeks a Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide specialized care for patients with kidney disease in Asheville, NC. In this role, you’ll coordinate inpatient and outpatient renal care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and support dialysis and related therapies. You’ll educate patients and families, collaborate with nephrologists and a multidisciplinary team, monitor labs, and promote safety and infection control.
