Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary nutrition team in Oregon. You will assess patients with kidney disease, educate on nutrition, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other care providers.
You will maintain documentation, monitor lab parameters, and support QAI initiatives while promoting quality patient outcomes and continuous professional development.
