Job description
UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Renal Medicine/Nephrology team. This role balances outpatient nephrology, inpatient ESRD management, dialysis rounding, and care coordination with rehabilitation facilities.
You will work with a nationally recognized academic medical center, using Epic EMR and collaborating with specialists to provide comprehensive kidney care.
