Job Description Job Description Experienced, motivated nurse practitioner to assist in outpatient renal clinic. Duties include following patients over time for the treatment of kidney disease, utilizing EMR to document progress, and working with physician to optimize patient outcomes. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and EMR experience (preferably EPIC).
