Job description
Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a nursing unit and oversee operations with the unit-based leadership team. In the absence of the Manager or Director, you may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility and coordinate patient care for a specific population.
You will supervise staff, assign daily work, monitor rounds and priorities, and drive quality improvement while ensuring compliance with licensure and hospital policies.
