Job description
SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel to support EPC and related commercial contracting for renewable energy projects. The role reports to the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and partners with cross-functional teams to minimize risk and enable growth.
The candidate should bring 8–12+ years of experience, strong negotiation and drafting skills, and a track record in energy, construction or infrastructure.
