Job description
Spencer Ogden seeks a Project Finance Associate to support development, financing, and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. You will work with finance, development, commercial, engineering, legal, and accounting teams to structure financing solutions and evaluate project economics.
The role requires 2–5 years in project finance or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams through debt and tax equity transactions.
