Renewal CoordinatorRobert Half is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewal Coordinator to join their team in Bulverde Tx.The renewal coordinator will proactively contact customers regarding upcoming renewals and required documentation. Assist with call outs to customer base to determine contract renewal potential. Follow up on sent renewal agreements and or pending acceptance/rejection. Follow up on outstanding renewals and customer inquiries. Assist with pricing updates, contract modifications, and customer account changes. Maintain organized electronic records of all renewal documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process. Other administrative duties as assigned. This position plays a vital role in supporting customer retention efforts by managing contract renewals, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a seamless renewal experience.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers to facilitate renewals, answer questions, and coordinate contract updates.Responsibilities include: proactively contacting customers regarding upcoming contract renewals and required documentation; conducting outbound outreach to determine renewal potential and gather customer feedback regarding contract continuation; following up on renewal agreements to obtain acceptance, rejection, or additional information as needed; managing outstanding renewals and responding promptly to customer inquiries; assisting with pricing updates, contract amendments, and customer account changes; maintaining accurate and organized electronic records of renewal activity and documentation; providing exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process; collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of contract renewals; and performing additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.Qualifications include: 2+ years of customer service, account coordination, administrative support, contract administration, or related experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with CRM, customer management, or contract management systems is preferred; strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Preferred qualifications include: experience handling customer renewals or account maintenance; background in customer retention, sales support, or contract administration; ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization where you can make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
