The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales. You will play a critical role in managing accounts in smaller districts including the private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance and discretion of the sales leadership team. This job will report to the Renewal Specialist Manager.Job Duties:Manage multiple accounts while effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and progress.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies to engage customersHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling approach.Meet and exceed renewal targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.Independently manage daily sales tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination to ensure seamless communication.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Ideally 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Ability to analyze data and provide insights into renewal trends and customer behavior.Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.Negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally.To Apply: Email your cover letter and resume to We look forward to learning more about you and your qualifications!This role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus.
