Job description
GitLab is seeking a Manager, Renewals to lead a team of Renewals Managers and Associates, coaching early- to mid-career professionals. You will translate renewal strategy into day-to-day actions, forecast renewal performance, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to protect revenue and drive growth.
This is a fully remote role with travel for events. You will foster high-performance culture, provide real-time feedback, and model GitLab’s values.
