Renovation & Outdoor Living Sales Representative
Location: Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford, and Wilson Counties
Compensation: Base salary (draw against commission)

Who You Are:
You're a seasoned construction sales professional who understands renovation, outdoor living, and detached structures. You know how to listen, diagnose problems, and offer solutions—not just push a sale. You're confident, but not pushy. You build trust and credibility through expertise, communication, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
Consult with homeowners to understand their renovation and outdoor living needs.
Educate clients on project feasibility, costs, and timelines.
Build and present proposals with detailed scopes of work and pricing.
Close deals confidently while ensuring clients feel informed, heard, and secure.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage the client relationship throughout the from the start to the end of the project.
Manage a sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and CRM updates.
What You Bring:
Proven experience (3+ years) in renovation, outdoor living, or custom building sales.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project sequencing.
A consultative sales approach. You listen first and sell second.
Clear, professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Ability to estimate projects accurately and sell based on value, not just price.
Self-motivation and accountability. You take ownership of your pipeline and results.
Experience using a CRM and sales tracking system.
Compensation & Growth:
Base salary (draw against commission)
