Job description
Fabick Cat, the authorized Caterpillar dealer, is seeking a Branch Manager in Missouri to direct all store activities, drive P&L, and lead branch employees while maintaining safety culture. You will plan and control expenses, develop sales strategies, and ensure high customer service.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, improving market share, budgeting, and coordinating with regional managers to achieve revenue goals. A strong background in construction equipment rental is preferred.
