A detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics—such as fleet utilization, rental revenue, and maintenance costs—and the ability to impact these through strategic decisions is essential. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction will set you apart in this role.
