Job description
Coastal CAT, the regional Cat® Compact Equipment Dealer operating through Coastal Construction Equipment, LLC, seeks a General Manager of the Rental Division to lead and grow all rental operations in Southern Florida. This role focuses on financial performance, equipment utilization, and exceptional customer service across multiple branches.
The candidate will develop rental strategies, manage fleet planning, and collaborate with sales, product support, and logistics to meet market demand.
