Job description
Full-Time Rental Yard AssociateWe are seeking a Full-Time Rental Yard Associate. Here's what you'll do:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous way.Ensure rental equipment is properly displayed and organized.Assist customers with rental equipment (pick-up, drop-off).Inspect rental equipment for damage, cleanliness, and operational functionality before and after pick-up and drop-off.Assist in coordinating rental equipment maintenance, repairs, and cleaning as necessary.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.Basic computer skills for accessing computer software systems to obtain product information.Here's what you'll need to be successful:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Prior experience in customer service, rental or retail preferred.Previous experience with construction tools and equipment preferred.Here's what we offer:Benefits package including health, dental, vision401K Retirement Plan (company matching)Group Life Insurance (company paid)Employee store discountPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday PayPhysical Capabilities Required:Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.Physical stamina for loading/unloading equipment.Flexibility and agility to bend, stoop, and reach.Equal Opportunity Employer
