Rental Operations AssistantHale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Jacksonville, FL branch. We are looking for a Rental Operations Assistant with experience in the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry. In this position you will be responsible for assisting the Rental department with all activities related to rental operations and administration.Hale is an industry-leading, family-friendly company offering a challenging and fulfilling career opportunity with an attractive work/life balance. We offer competitive salary, excellent medical, vision & dental benefits, paid vacation and matching 401k.Responsibilities include:Perform inbound and outbound trailer inspections.Take and maintain trailer photos and assist with marketing submissions.Assist jockey as needed and support them on certain jobs.Receive tire deliveries and roll them into the shop as needed.Conduct a monthly trailer and tire inventory.Provide excellent customer service with existing and new customers.Assist Rental with various other tasks such as: Fueling up all yard equipmentKeeping yard clean and safeRunning errands as neededRequirements:Experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer/transportation industry is preferred.Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.Must have excellent communication skills.Must be detail oriented, and able to handle multi-tasking regularly.Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Must have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, problem-solving attitude.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
