Job TitleJob DescriptionReceive phone calls and emails from external & internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis. Information handled will typically include RFQ's, technical assistance/support, equipment manufacturer support, technical product support, delivery expediting, etc.Manage multiple project inquiries and project quotationsFacilitate customer application requirements for their assembly, sizing and product selectionAttend required and preferred trainingParticipate in an after-hours and weekend 'On-Call' rotationAccurately complete quotes, order entry and purchase ordersAlways build and cultivate solid relationshipsRemain alert and aware of surroundings at all times, regardless of locationSome travel may be requiredThis job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine.
