Hardware TechniciansWe’re actively hiring and need Repairman & Debug Technicians ASAP to support production needs. If you have hands-on tech or troubleshooting experience, this is your chance to get in fast.Available Shifts1st Shift - Monday–Friday - 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift - Monday–Friday - 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM3rd Shift - Sunday–Thursday - 11:30 PM – 7:00 AMSummaryTroubleshoot and repair hardware components and finished productsIdentify root causes of issues through testing and analysisRun diagnostics and replicate problems to find solutionsWork with team members (quality, engineering, technicians) to resolve issuesDocument defects, repairs, and findingsSeparate and track non-working or defective productsFollow safety, quality, and production standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or technical certificationExperience with electronics, computers, or hardware repair (preferred)Comfortable working with small components and toolsBasic computer skills (data entry, system use)Strong attention to detailAbility to lift and handle equipment as neededFamiliar with ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices (a plus)
