Job description
Repair Technician IIJoin a global leader in aerospace and defense as a Repair Technician II. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment while supporting shop operations, process improvements, and team guidance.Key responsibilities include:Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment to quality standardsMonitor shop performance, assign work, and support production goalsLead root cause analysis and process improvementsManage consumables inventory and ensure complianceSupport and guide junior techniciansPerform Return to Service (RTS) inspections and documentationRequirements include:High School Diploma/GED + 2+ years electronics repair experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekendsKnowledge of avionics/FAA regulations is a plusMust pass background check and drug test
