*REPORTING ANALYST III- US Mortgage Banking *
nWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
nPartners with reporting manager and respective Line of Business (LOB) management to identify, prioritize, track and execute strategic initiatives. Provides analysis on key trends and proposes business solutions related to processes, efficiencies and staffing. Focus on providing value-added analysis and recommendations to support business growth. Responsibilities include developing and tracking of key statistical information and performance metrics, organizing and presenting data to management and managing multiple projects end to end.
nWHAT WILL YOU DO?
nnnData Analytics and modeling; establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with Business Operations and the leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals.
n
nnEstablish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents that will drive business outcomes.
n
nnMonitor existing KPI metrics, developing new metrics, identity correlations and root causes
n
nnDesign and build visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale
n
nnPerforming regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics
n
nnSupport quarterly, annual planning activities
n
nnDevelop programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data
n
nnAct as a SME for BI tools as well as delivering training to team members on the usage of these tools
n
nnContribute and prepare presentations for internal audiences
n
nnInvent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity
n
n nWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
nRequired Qualifications *
nnnBachelor's Degree or equivalent
n
nnMinimum 5 years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tool or as a Business Analyst
n
nnMinimum 3 years in the Mortgage Industry
n
n nAdditional Qualifications
nnnCapacity to work independently with little to no supervision
n
nnExperience in the financial services industry is a plus
n
nnDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solutions utilizing a customer-friendly approach
n
nnDemonstrated ability to direct initiatives with successful results
n
nnMS SQL and other related Business Intelligence tools
n
nnExcellent verbal and written communication skills
n
nnDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work in a fast paced environment required
n
nnStrong leadership and organizational skills
n
nnAbility to work independently, as well as in a team environment
n
nnProficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc
n
nnPrevious experience with reporting tools preferred
n
nnPrevious experience with Mortgage, Consumer, or Commercial sales origination platforms/systems preferred
n

nCompensation Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
