Reporting Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO - Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst with strong experience in enterprise reporting, Business Intelligence, data visualization, and reporting architecture . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing reporting solutions that support operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
Support reporting strategy, standards, and architecture.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Develop reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, AWS QuickSight , or similar platforms.
Design scalable reporting solutions integrating data from multiple sources.
Establish and maintain consistent KPIs, metrics, data models, and reporting standards.
Apply data governance, security, compliance, and access-control requirements.
Support executive dashboards and business intelligence initiatives.
Analyze data and present trends, risks, KPIs, and business insights.
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, developers, and business teams.
Explore AI-enabled reporting capabilities such as automated insights, natural-language queries, and intelligent analytics.
Required Skills Strong enterprise reporting and Business Intelligence experience.
Hands-on experience with Tableau and AWS QuickSight .
Experience with Power BI and/or Splunk .
Strong dashboard and report development experience.
Knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, and metadata.
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS S3 and Athena .
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
7+ years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or enterprise data.
Experience with enterprise-scale reporting initiatives.
Knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI applications in analytics.
Experience working with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
