Job description

Who We Are

An exceptional opportunity awaits you at our premier fertility center in Boise, Idaho.

Unlike corporate or private equity-backed groups, we are a fully physician-owned and physician-operated clinic. We believe that clinical decisions belong in the hands of physicians, not boardrooms. Because we invest heavily in our people, this position is a defined partnership-track role, boasting a 100% historic partnership match rate. We work together to achieve world-class clinical outcomes while fostering a deeply compassionate, supportive environment for both our patients and our team.

Why Boise?

Nestled against the foothills of the Idaho Sawtooth Mountains, Boise seamlessly blends vibrant urban culture with unparalleled outdoor access. It’s no secret why Boise consistently ranks as one of the best places to live in the country.

The Great Outdoors at Your Doorstep: Enjoy a world-class river running right through the city, over 25 miles of the scenic Boise River Greenbelt, and hiking, mountain biking, and skiing (at Bogus Basin) just minutes from the clinic.

A Thriving Culture: Experience a booming culinary and craft brewery scene, a dedicated downtown cultural district, and excellent local entertainment without the crushing traffic of larger metropolitan areas.

Perfect for Families: Boise offers exceptionally safe neighborhoods, a lower cost of living relative to the West Coast, top-tier public and private schools, and a welcoming, community-first atmosphere.

Quality of Life: All the convenience of city living, without the gridlock. Less than 10-15 minute door to door commute to the clinic.

Who You Are

A fellowship-trained, board-certified (or board-eligible) Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist who wants to escape the corporate assembly line. You are looking to join an elite, collaborative team passionate about patient-centered care. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for true practice ownership, helping patients succeed in their family-building journeys through expert care, compassion, and cutting-edge science.

Key Responsibilities Include

Conducting patient assessments and consultations for new and existing patients.

Determining appropriate diagnostic procedures to identify potential causes of infertility.

Reviewing, discussing, and educating patients on test results and customized treatment plans to maximize success rates.

Performing surgical and advanced in-vitro fertilization procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, etc.) while maintaining the highest laboratory and clinical standards.

Collaborating with fellow physician-partners on clinical protocols and practice growth strategies.

Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Applicants must have completed an approved REI fellowship.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Solid expertise in key IVF laboratory and clinical procedures, including Ovarian Stimulation, ICSI, and PGT management.

Comprehensive understanding of third-party reproduction and modern family-building legal/clinical frameworks.

Enterprising spirit with a strong desire to actively participate in the operational and strategic direction of a physician-owned practice.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy, built to maintain positive working relationships with patients, clinical staff, and laboratory teams.

Strong analytical and technical skills, with a proactive approach to clinical problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive total compensation package of $350,000–$800,000, depending on experience, including a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive medical/dental benefits, relocation assistance, and a structured, transparent path to full practice partnership. Depending on where the applicant is in their career path, timing to partnership offer can also be negotiated.
