Job OverviewThe hourly rate for this position is $29.05Great company culture and competitive compensation packageWe offer benefits day one of hire and do company events for our employees throughout the year!Major Position ResponsibilitiesAssemble components into sub-assemblies and perform final assembly of Aircraft and Crew-served weapons.Maintain, sets-up and operate a variety of equipment such as arbor and hydraulic straightening presses, paint.Follow established company directives and policies, military specifications, process sheet operations, and instructions.Ensure appropriate interchange of sub-assembly components through a constant awareness of required tolerance and fit of mating parts.Use precision functional gages, alignment and work holding fixtures, pneumatic tools, drill presses, riveters, etc.Perform fitting and rework tasks such as grinding, filling, drilling, etc.Use hand tools such as pneumatic and hand type abrasive tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets, etcMust have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.We Offer Hourly Benefits Day One:Medical Insurance - Anthem Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield, Delta Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, and 401K Plan with a company match.Company Paid:Short Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Basic Life Insurance equal to one time your annual base pay, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 12 Paid Holidays, 2 weeks PTO first year, Quarter Bonus Payouts (Gain Share)!Other benefits offered:Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Identify Theft Protection, Enhanced Legal Service, Auto and Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance and educational Assistance, and on-site Health CoachCompany Actives through the years:Cookouts, Cakes, Holiday Party, Turkey Giveaways, Holiday Actives, and team building.Basic QualificationsRequired:Must pass an Assembly on site test using blueprints and be mechanically skilled.High school diploma or G.E.D. required.Employee must have basic computer skills and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.Average 18 months.
