JOB TITLE: Research Director (CPG)
SALARY: $180k - $200k DOE
LOCATION: New York - 4 days in the office

We are currently representing a global consultancy working at the intersection of strategy, brand, innovation and insight for a number of world-leading brands through turning bold ideas into action and unlocking meaningful growth. They are currently looking to bring on a Research Director who has had a real focus and experience in working on FMCG projects.
KEY DUTIES
Manage client relationships, guide teams, ensure quality work, and support firm growth and development initiatives.
Collaborate with partners on presentations, business development, and building long-term, trusted client partnerships.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
MBA or equivalent degree with strong consulting background, ideally from an insight, brand or innovation led environment.
Proven success in client relationships, problem solving, business development, and project management with C-suite.
Qualitative expert, with strong experience in moderating focus groups, depth interviews and workshops. It is essential your work has had a innovation or brand strategy element and you are seen to be a thought leader in this space.
