Job description
Thinking Machines is seeking a leader to head the Fine-tuning Science team. You will set the research agenda for frontier customization techniques and for Tinker, the post-training engine, while remaining hands-on in the science.
You’ll grow the team, shape its direction, and ensure findings ship into Tinker. You will collaborate with internal research teams, contribute to open science, and engage with external users.
