Henkel is seeking a chemist/engineer to lead product analysis and testing, provide technical support, and drive data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with product management, production, and sourcing to develop new products, while contributing to IP generation and publications. Onsite role with travel.
The candidate should have a chemistry-related degree and 3–5 years of industry experience, with strong independence and experimental setup skills.
