Oscar Technology is seeking a Research Scientist in San Jose, CA with a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on humanoid robotics and Physical AI, joining a high-performing team publishing in ICML/ICLR.
You will contribute across data-driven research, from paper writing to code, and mentor through collaboration with labs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years post-MS/PhD experience, with publications or patents in Robotics, Humanoid AI, or Autonomous Driving, plus experience in Vision AI, 3D
