Job description
The California State University at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, is seeking an Associate Director of Residence Life to help lead the daily operations of the Residence Life unit. You will oversee staff selection, training, and crisis response while advancing first-year and continuing student experiences.
Working within Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, this role supports housing for 9,000+ residents on campus and 800+ at Maritime, with budget development and program direction
