Whether you're inspired by our culture, incomparable views of the Mississippi River, or two-time James Beard Award-winning native Minnesotan chef, discover why your future starts here.Application requirements:Applicants are required to upload a copy of their resume; a supplemental statement (one paragraph max.) expressing their interest in a Four Seasons internship is not required, but highly preferredApplicants must be currently enrolled in undergraduate/graduate schoolApplicants must have valid work authorization for the U.S.About the Internship:Department: Private ResidencesApproximate Service Dates: May 2027 – August 2027Scheduled hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Eight-to-Ten hour shifts – scheduled days and times may vary based on need; open availability required Monday-SundayWhat you will do:Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residences Intern will respond to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident's needs and inquiries; offer personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve resident complaints; assist residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel/resort services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Respond to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices.Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Coordinate with Valet parking staff the retrieval of resident's vehicles.Manage and provide access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeowners' service providers and visitors, after previous authorization received, assist with vendor/contractor scheduling, verify identity and provide appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and homeowners' service providers. Control entry doors and elevator/lift access.Ensure that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents.What you bring:A minimum three months of working experience in hospitality or customer service industry preferredEducational studies toward a degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills in the English languageWorking knowledge of and ability to operate technology and computer systemsA genuine passion for hospitality and desire to be the best!What we offer:We care for our Interns through competitive compensation packages, opportunities for career development and hands-on learning, and the following rewards in support of their work-life balance:Wage: $23.07 per hourParking discountStaff lounge and cafeteria space with city viewDaily meals inspired by award-winning chefs401(k) retirement planComplimentary uniforms and uniform care (if applicable)Thank you for your interest in spending your Summer 2027 at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis.
