Job description
Marriott is seeking a Residences Sarasota Bay Concierge to deliver personalized, luxury-level service for residence owners and their guests. In this front-facing role, you will welcome residents, manage inquiries, and coordinate reservations, transportation, dining, and local activities. You’ll partner closely with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless experiences, resolve issues, and anticipate needs. This position supports Marriott’s people-first culture by providing respectful, attentive service while upholding brand standards, safety procedures, and a warm, professional presence in the residential lobby each day.
