SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director/Physician to practice in Baraboo, WI.

Qualifications:
2-5 years of Family Medicine Physician experience highly preferred
2 years of Residency Program Director experience highly preferred
SSM is Mission & faith-based integrated healthcare system offering a multi-specialty clinic setting with access to specialists and a Collegial & collaborative team.
This is a great opportunity for a new Program Director to grow multiple skills & reshape the FM residents' experience & curriculum in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin in our program under the new ACGME requirements.
