Job description
The Overlook in Charlton, MA is seeking an Engagement Assistant for a 32-hour-per-week part-time role. You will provide activities across physical, emotional, spiritual, educational, and social domains, and invite residents to join group offerings within the facility.
You will document participation in 1:1 and group programs, prepare for daily events, and coordinate with the Engagement Director on program progress and resident preferences.
