Job description
Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County is seeking an Activities team member to support residents’ social, emotional and physical well‑being in our 140‑bed skilled nursing facility. You will assist in planning and promoting activities inside and outside the facility, create ongoing calendars, and ensure scheduling and documentation meet state standards, with or without CNA experience.
