Avantara Milbank is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Director to lead engaging programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and social well‑being. You will manage the Activity Department, collaborate with care teams, and drive activities aligned with resident preferences and industry standards. Prior SNF experience and NCCAP cert are preferred; HS diploma required; manager experience valued.
