Job Requirements
Fully licensed in Utah
Board eligible/board certified in Psychiatry
Unencumbered DEA
Experience in medication management as well as therapy
Location
Offices in Salt Lake City area including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper. New offices to open in 2027.
