Your empathy, attentiveness, and commitment will directly enhance their daily lives.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding assistance, ambulating, transferring, turning, positioning, and toiletingMaintain clean, safe, and organized resident living spaces—including tidying rooms, changing linens, and assisting with personal itemsComplete all required documentation accurately and promptly to ensure clear and consistent communicationFollow all CBRF regulations, as well as state, federal, and facility policies and proceduresObserve and report any notable changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral conditionAssist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per individualized care plansEngage residents in interactive activities that encourage independence, connection, and well-beingRespond quickly and kindly to resident requests and call lightsCollaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver holistic, person-centered carePerform additional duties as assigned to support smooth daily operationsWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalentActive CBRF Certification (required)CNA a plus!Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive teamBasic computer skills for charting and communicationPrevious caregiving or long-term care experience preferred — but not required!
