This position is primarily focused on our assisted living residents. You will provide exceptional care, support, and pass medications to our residents all in a warm, family-like environment. No experience is necessary for this entry level position; we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team. Qualifications: We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly for this entry level position. Med Pass experience preferred but not required. Candidates without experience must be willing to complete med pass training. Successful candidates are dependable, flexible team players with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents. Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
