Resident AssistantResident Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.Encourage resident independence and social interaction.Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report changes to supervisors.Maintain a safe, clean, and homelike environment.Support residents during meals, including set-up, assistance, and social engagement.Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.Resident Assistant Qualifications and Skills:Completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification in states where required.Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.Resident Assistant Benefits for Full-Time Employees:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offLicenses & Certifications Required:Certified Nursing Asst.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
