Resident AssistantJoin WesleyLife and help revolutionize the aging experience!As a Resident Assistant, you will:Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols.Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members.Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.Open shifts available:Part-time 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm)Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or older (This is a requirement to pass medication)1 year of previous Assisted Living or LTC experienceCommunity location: 1015 S Iowa Ave Washington, IA 52353Compensation & flexibility:The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.Shift differentials: 2nd shift-$3.00/hr, 3rd shift-$4.00/hr and weekends-$1.00/hrComprehensive benefits package: including health care, vision, dental, and 401(k).Free wellness center memberships and cash incentives for healthy habitsFull time, part time and PRN team members are eligible for education reimbursementExtra perks:Referral bonus program — bring your friends and earn rewardsRecognition and appreciation programs that highlight your impactA workplace culture that prioritizes respect, teamwork, and supportWesleyLife is an equal opportunity employer.
