Resident Assistant/Home Health AideEbenezer is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares, passing medications, and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents' physical and emotional well-being! Position is located in Minneapolis, MN at our beautiful care center- in the Assisted Living unit of Jones-Harrison. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Join our team of dedicated employees who share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.Responsibilities:Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staffAssists with onboarding of new staffRequired:CNA certificated only required if under 18 years oldPreferred:Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkersAbility to work in a team setting and support othersCuriosity to work with a diverse and older populationHigh School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA coursePrevious work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCAEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
