Resident Assistant/Home Health AideWe are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents' physical and emotional well-being for our assisted living in Edina, MN. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old.This patient support position includes:53 hours per two weeksEvening shiftEvery other weekend and holiday rotationAurora on France is an innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer employees many benefits, breathtaking walking paths for your breaks, and opportunities for growth both in the TCU and Assisted Living.Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff. Assists with onboarding of new staff.Required Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting. Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
