Resident Assistant$19.19–$22.25/hour, plus up to $3/hr in shift and weekend differentials. Sign-on bonus available if working 40 + hrs/pp.Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is hiring a Resident Assistant to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in New Ulm. You'll help residents with daily care, build real relationships with the people you support, and work alongside a team that's there when you need backup.What You'll Do:Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygieneSupport residents with mobility and transfers safelyAssist with medications according to care plans and your trainingRespond promptly when residents need helpWatch for changes in a resident's condition and report them to nursing staffBuild relationships with residents and create good moments in their dayWhat You'll Need:Required: Able to read, write, and follow directionsPreferred: High school diploma or GEDPreferred: Experience or training in a health-related fieldPay and Differentials:Base pay: $19.19–$22.25/hour, based on experiencePM shift differential: +$1/hourNOC shift differential: +$2/hourWeekend differential: +$3/hourSign-on bonus: $500 (AM), $800 (PM), $1,000 (NOC) For Sign-Ons, Must be scheduled 40+ hrs/ppSchedule: Multiple Shifts Available: FT AM, FT PM, PT AM, PT PM, & PT NOCBenefits: Full-time team members get paid time off and holiday pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a flexible spending account, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k), an employee referral program, and educational assistance.
