Resident AssistantResident Assistant opening in Tallahassee, full-time and part-time shifts available. Credit given for experience. CNA welcomed, but not required.At Tapestry Senior Living of Lakeshore, you'll help residents with daily care and get to know them well enough to notice when something changes.What you'll do:Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobilityMonitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staffProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsFollow all healthcare regulations and facility protocolsHelp maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staffWhat you'll need:Must be 18 years or olderActive Florida CNA, preferredCPR CertificationHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong interpersonal, observational, and communication skillsA caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindsetPay and benefits:$15.00–$16.50/hour, with credit given for experienceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending and dependent care accounts401(k) retirement savings planLife and AD&D insuranceShort and long-term disabilitySupplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and more)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks at Work discount programSchedule: Part-time & Full-time | Shifts available 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
