Resident Associate at RCAC Pines
Job Description: As a Residential Aide, you play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities span nursing-related tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities, all delivered with respect, compassion, and a commitment to maintaining independence and dignity.You will support residents according to their individual care plans, helping them meet their physical, emotional, and social needs in a homelike setting.
Responsibilities: Assist with daily personal care (dressing, undressing, hygiene, bathing)
Administer and monitor medications;
manage supplies and complete documentation
Perform laundry services (wash, dry, distribute clean laundry, collect dirty items)
Help with mobility and safe transfers
Support the kitchen (serve meals, wash dishes, clean and reset)
Encourage participation in resident activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Perform light housekeeping (empty trash, clean bathrooms, make and change beds)
Record vital signs and weights
Exemplary attendance is essential to your role and team
Requirements/Qualifications: High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent attendance and reliability
Strong teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
EducationHigh School Diploma/GED
ExperienceMid Level (3-6 years)
