Job Description

Navion is looking for Resident Care Aides to provide high quality care to the residents of Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville and Laurel Park. Responsibilities include:

Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans

Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments

Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor

Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulation

Qualifications

Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus

One year of nursing experience a plus

Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Must enjoy working with the senior population

Additional Information

Educational Advancement/Scholarship Program:

All applicants are offered a paid, 80 hour training course as part of employment with Carolina Reserve. This training allows employees to become eligible for certification as a medication aide (a training course that Carolina Reserve also provides), which can generate 25%+ increases in salary in a short-order.
